This year has been an amazing life changing journey for me, and I’d like to thank each of you for your support and encouragement along the way.
Yoga has been a big part of my life for the last few years and this year I gained my qualification to teach others a few of the things that I’ve learned and love.
I decided that i wanted to share the joy I feel when I practice. Yoga doesn’t only balance us on the mat but also in our everyday lives, and I want to share the knowledge I’ve gained with as many people as possible.
The universe is an amazing place, and yoga helps us to see the potential that we have as human beings and the beauty of the world we are living in. Spending a month in Khajuraho, India, at arhanta yoga ashram was an amazing experience, meeting other like minded people, sharing our passion for yoga, and learning more than I thought possible in such a short space of time.
My blog indian ashram life, goes into detail about the course if you haven’t read it yet, then take a look.
The next few months will be spent travelling and teaching as I go. My first stop since India has been Sri Lanka where I’ve been teaching regular morning classes on beaches we’ve been travelling through. The reception has been great, and I’ve met some wonderful people along the way.
There’s no better place to practice than on the sand, with the sound of the ocean next to you. Next stop is Malaysia, then Thailand and finally onto the Philippines where I hope to find a base to set up more regular classes. I’ll be heading back to London in May and I’ll be starting classes around east London. So watch this space more more details.
2013 is going to be a great year for Beautiful Life Yoga, keep an eye on what I’m up to either on Facebook or on my website. I’m looking forward to seeing you all on the mat.
