This is the quickest easiest and tastiest breakfast bowl.
I make it every morning before i leave the house then eat it when i get into work. If you like to eat before you leave the house, you can make the nigh before and refrigerate over night.
Homemade breakfast bowl:
Fill a jam jar just over half full with oats
Add a teaspoon of chia seeds
Drench in almond milk so oats are soaked.
Layer up mixed seeds, nuts and dry fruit (I used dried blueberries)
Add some goji berries
Layer chopped strawberries on top.
Put the jam jar lid on.
Pop into your bag, go to yoga then cycle to work… Enjoy at your desk! Or just put in the fridge for half an hour to let the oats soak up the almond milk. Enjoy!
